Director - Alacoque McMenamin MBA
An experienced Programme and Project Manager with over 20 years experience. Dedicated, client focused and organised. Innovation, creativity and problem solving are a passion, and quick learning a way of life. Methodology and process oriented she has delivered on projects and provided Programme Management services in IT, eLearning, Finance, HR and Product Launch for the government and the private sector. Hands on experience in leading large complex multi-projects, delivering milestones on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. She has developed and delivered Management Training Programmes for Senior Managers in Project and Programme Management Strategic Planning, Leadership, Marketing and Finance. She is also qualified in the Prince2 Project Management Methodology. 
Alacoque holds an MBA from Fordham University in New York. She is a graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and holds a Post Grad qualification in Building Practice from the Darwin Institute of Technology.

Experience of Irish, US, Australian and Eastern European Markets.



     


Senior Consultant - Geraldine McMenamin B.Soc.Sci, IPAV, MPhil
Geraldine has spent a number of years in market research and advertising both in Ireland and overseas handling multi-national clients in the food and pharmaceutical industries.  She has expertise in product and market research including; focus groups, consumer feedback and multi media advertising campaigns.  Geraldine has a keen interest in real estate and has managed a number of property portfolios including buying, renovating and selling on.  She has carried out extensive property research in Ireland and Europe in specific sectors of the market and has had a number of articles published in this regard.  As well as her expertise in market research and property she is an HR expert and has held senior positions in public sector selection and recruitment boards.
